Héctor y Kenny drops a new single 'Tiempo'

NEW YORK, NY — July 21, 2023 — (NOTICIAS NEWSWIRE) — Héctor and Kenny hand in hand with the RBL Muzik label, premiere their new musical theme "Tiempo" joining forces with 2 other Venezuelan artists: the saxophonist Gabo Sax and the Music Producer, singer-songwriter Yosef Flúmeri. It is a song with a fresh and innovative proposal, based on the Guaracha musical subgenre.

Héctor & Kenny are a Tropical music, Merengue, Reggaeton and Latin Pop duo from Falcón State, Venezuela. Its members are Héctor (Héctor Gregorio Medina Mora) and Kenny (Kenny Ismael Arteaga Lugo). They came together in 2019 as a musical duo and released several songs as independent artists, including: "Me Enamoré, Dale and Suave".

On September 15, 2021, they were signed by the Canadian label RBL Muzk. With their sponsorship and support they have recorded two music videos: "Noche de Rumba y La Chapa" among other musical themes. In their plans for 2023 they look to achieve internationalization and visit countries in South America and North America. In July they will premiere their new song “En La Disco”.

Biography Hector and Kenny

Hector was born in Santa Ana de Coro on November 20, 2002. From a very young age he was interested in the musical world, his first steps being as a DJ, later he became interested in music production, this led him to create his own studio, to work with other artists making mixes, instrumentals, compositions and mastering. He has worked as a composer and music producer for a large number of international artists.

Kenny was born in San José, Costa Rica on September 14, 2000. He began in music at the age of 12 when he learned to play guitar and drums. He was the vocalist and guitarist of an alternative rock band. Over time, he became interested in Urban and Latin genres. Then he learned more about lyrical composition and developing his musical ear by being part of a group. In 2015, he launched as a soloist where he had the opportunity to win an award in the city of Caracas. There he began to take music more seriously since previously he saw it as a hobby.

Héctor and Kenny met in 2016 where both singers embarked on separate careers. At that time, they agreed on an event in Coro. Years later, in April 2018 they decided to unite by launching into the arena in December, still as soloists, debuting on December 24 in a Christmas program that was broadcast on a regional television station.

The duo has been active since February 2019, they have several videos to their credit, and they have made themselves known on regional media tours and have performed at well-known nightclubs in the city of Santa Ana de Coro, at various public and private events.

Their plans for the future are in the production of new videos/songs and shows to make them known Nationally and Internationally and continue expanding their musical offer.

"La Chapa" is the title of the new promotional song by the duo Héctor and Kenny. A very complete and innovative musical production based on the genre of the Dominican Republic, Dembow.The song is about asking all the girls at the party to dance, inviting them to pull off their best moves. It is the fourth promotional theme for Héctor and Kenny, thus closing the year 2022.

There is a video available on their YouTube channel. The video shows the two singers Héctor and Kenny enjoying a party with 3 Super-Tuned cars and a group of urban dancers with 7 girls dancing. The video was recorded in the city of Coro, state of Falcón in Venezuela.
